Andrew Hinton is the author of Understanding Context: Environment, Language, and Information Architecture, and an information architect at The Understanding Group (TUG). Since the early ’90s, he’s been helping organizations of various shapes and sizes make better, more habitable places with information. Andrew is a founding member the IA Institute, and is a frequent speaker at UX and other industry conferences. From his pre-consultant life, he holds an MA in Literature and an MFA in Poetry.
